Consignment Information:

v      We consign Namebrand clothing for young women, juniors, children and baby (boy and girl), and young men.  We do NOT consign mature men’s clothing. We also consign purses, shoes, fashion jewelry, home décor and small furniture. 

v      All clothing must be a label that is sold in a mall store or Target. (Brands from stores like Walmart, Farm and Fleet, Kmart, and so on will NOT be accepted)

v      All clothing and fabric items must be CLEAN (freshly laundered), with no odors (smoke, mothballs, musty).

v      All clothing must be in a new condition. Items with ANY stains, holes, fading, balling, missing buttons, or broken zippers will NOT be accepted.

v      All clothing must be trendy and no more than 3 years old.

v      All clothing must be brought in seasonally: Fall and Winter (August- December); Spring and Summer (February – June) We do not take consignments in July and January.

v      Please bring pictures of the furniture you would like to consign in for review, prior to dropping off.  Consignor is responsible for carrying in furniture pieces.

v      While you wait, your items will be reviewed. We will give back any items not accepted. Any items later found to have stains or holes will be donated, so please check your items over in good lighting.

v      Pricing is at our discretion.

v      You get half of everything that sells.

v      Consignments stay in the store for 6 weeks at regular price and 1 week at a discounted price, anything left over at the end of the 7^th week will become the property of Déjà Vu and donated. (Examples: community charities, goodwill, needy families, etc.)

v      If you do not want your stuff donated please ask for your “donation date” while you are dropping off your items.  You would then be responsible to come and go through the store to find your items before that date.  We do not keep an inventory of what you bring in. Please make a list of what you bring in, if you want to keep track. Your items will be donated on the donation date if you do not pick them up.  We will not pull your items and hold them for you.

v      Payment: Stop into the store and we will cash you out for any items you have sold up to that point. Please do not check in more than once per week. We do not send out checks, and we do not notify you when you have sold items. Account balances can be used as store credit at anytime!

Things that are NOT Accepted:

1.      T-Shirts (unless they are name brand t-shirts)

2.      Turtlenecks (cotton) Sweater turtlenecks are okay

3.      Solid Color Tops (unless they have a unique neckline)

4.      Long Skirts (anything below the knee, unless they are hippie skirts)

5.      Sweat Pants (Yoga pants are okay)

6.      Bib over-alls (except for baby sizes)

7.      Pants with an elastic waist line (except plus-size)

8.      Pajamas (except baby/ toddler)

9.      Tapered leg jeans

10.  High-waist jeans (waist comes above belly button)

11.  Colored Jeans

12.  Anything with shoulder pads

13.  Undergarments

14.  Wool Blazers or trench coats

15.  Cut off shorts

16.  Onesies

17.  Breast pumps and training toilets

18.  Any unsealed cosmetics or bath products

19.  Anything that has been altered

20.  Stuffed Animals

21.  Open puzzles, games, video games,

22.  Used CDs, DVDs and computer software

23.  Electronics or small appliances that do not have instructions and packaging

24. Antiques

25. Handmade/ craft pieces

Proper care of all items will be given while in our possession. However, we accept NO responsibility for theft, fire, or damage of articles. We also accept NO responsibility for accident or injury caused by any item bought in our store.
